PAYMENT POLICY & TECHNICIAN WAGES AT CD MASSAGE

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All service packages include the service fee, tip, and transportation costs.

• Absolutely no extra money should be taken or requested from customers.
• If a customer overpays, the technician must return the excess amount.
• In cases where a customer complains about incorrect or fraudulent payment, CD Massage will apologize, refund the incorrect amount, and offer a completely free service. The technician will be fully responsible for any resulting damages.

CASES WHERE CD MASSAGE SUPPORTS FUEL/TRANSPORTATION COSTS FOR TECHNICIANS

CD Massage will cover transportation costs for technicians in the following cases:

1. Technician Gets “No-Showed” / Appointment Cancelled: Support will be provided if:
   • The technician was already en route and the customer canceled.
   • The technician arrived but the customer canceled.
   • The technician arrived but could not reach the customer.
   • Support Levels:
     • If travel costs are under 50,000 VND: Support 50,000 VND.
     • If travel costs are over 50,000 VND: Support for round-trip fare (both to and from).
   • How to receive support: Technicians just need to take a screenshot of the trip history (e.g., from Grab) and send it to CD Massage.
2. Technician Arrives But Customer Asks to Leave (Before Service Starts):
   • Support Levels:
     • If travel costs are under 50,000 VND: Support 50,000 VND.
     • If travel costs are over 50,000 VND: Support for round-trip fare (both to and from).
   • Special Case: If the technician arrives and waits more than 45–60 minutes from the time of arrival, and the customer then cancels the service: Support includes transportation + 100,000 VND.
3. Technician Arrives But Customer Asks to Leave (After Less Than 30 Minutes of Service):
   • Support includes transportation + 100,000 VND.
4. Other Cases:
   • Technicians will be paid based on the actual number of minutes worked.

TECHNICIAN WAGE DETAILS

Basic Wage Calculation Rule: Every 30 minutes of massage = 100,000 VND for the technician.

• Examples:
  • 60 phút massage: Tiền công KTV là 200.000 VNĐ.
  • 90 minutes: Technician receives 300,000 VND.
  • 120 phút massage: Tiền công KTV là 400.000 VNĐ.

CD Massage hiện có các gói dịch vụ phổ biến: 60 phút, 90 phút, 120 phút. Tuy nhiên, khách hàng có thể đặt các gói có thời gian dài hơn như 150 phút hoặc hơn. KTV vui lòng áp dụng quy tắc trên để tính tiền công của mình.

Chính sách hỗ trợ riêng cho gói 60 phút: Vì đây là các gói thời gian thấp, CD Massage có chính sách hỗ trợ thêm để tăng thu nhập cho KTV.

• Lưu ý quan trọng: CD Massage mong muốn khách hàng lựa chọn các gói từ 90 phút trở lên. Vì vậy, KTV vui lòng không tự ý kêu gọi, nhờ hoặc tư vấn khách hàng giảm số phút xuống còn 60 phút, trừ khi khách hàng thực sự không đủ thời gian để làm gói dài hơn. Nếu khách chọn gói 60 phút, KTV nên hướng dẫn khách cân nhắc gói 90 phút sẽ tối ưu hơn về trải nghiệm và chi phí, chỉ với thêm 80.000đ là khách đã có thể trải nghiệm 90 phút massage.
• Nếu KTV tự ý kêu gọi/tư vấn khách hàng giảm số phút, KTV sẽ không nhận được tiền hỗ trợ thêm cho gói 60 phút. Trong trường hợp này, tiền công của KTV sẽ được tính như sau:
  • 60 minutes: 200,000 VND

Wage Breakdown by Package:

• 60 minutes: Basic wage 200,000 VND + Support 70,000 VND = 270,000 VND total
• 90 minutes: Basic wage = 300,000 VND
• 120 minutes: Basic wage = 400,000 VND

PAYMENT PROCESS & GENERAL NOTES

• Technician’s pay includes: service wage, tips, and transportation. Do not ask customers for more money.
• If the customer overpays, the technician must return the change.
• CD Massage frequently offers promotions (e.g., free tickets, discount vouchers). Technician wages will remain unchanged, regardless of the promotion. Example: For a "0 VND Ticket", the customer pays nothing, but CD Massage will still pay the technician in full. So you don’t need to worry about losing income due to promotions.
• After completing the service, the technician collects and temporarily holds all service tickets. At the end of the day, the manager will review and summarize, and the technician will prepare the amount to be transferred to CD Massage for the remaining ticket payment via bank transfer.
• Technicians should keep the completed service tickets for reference in case of any discrepancies in CD Massage’s record-keeping.
