- Booked “Choose Therapist” but someone else arrived?
- Request a therapist change free of charge
- Cancel without any penalty
🔄 3. CHANGE THERAPIST
- If the session hasn’t started yet, you may request a different therapist with a support fee of 100,000 VND.
- If the session has already started, the original fee applies and changes are not allowed.
⏫ 4. UPGRADE YOUR MASSAGE PACKAGE
- Want to switch from a 60-minute package to 90 or 120 minutes?
→ Just inform the therapist directly – no need to rebook.
❌ 5. CANCEL BOOKING
- Free cancellation if you cancel before the therapist starts traveling.
- If the therapist has already started traveling or arrived: 100,000 VND support fee applies.

🏨 6. SERVICE AT HOTEL OR RENTED APARTMENT
- If using the service at a hotel, rented apartment, or guesthouse, you must be the main tenant with the right to receive services.
