📌GUIDELINES FOR RECEIVING SHIFTS & REPORTING – CD MASSAGE

To ensure a professional workflow and the best customer experience, technicians must follow the steps below in order:

✅STEP 1: CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT

As soon as you receive the shift schedule from CD Massage (via official Zalo), confirm that you’ve received the appointment.

✅STEP 2: CONTACT THE CUSTOMER & CONFIRM THE ADDRESS

  1. Calculate actual travel time using Google Maps or a similar app, then add 10–15 minutes buffer time (in case of traffic, locating the address, etc.).

Examples:
If travel time is 25 minutes → inform the customer:

"Hello, I’ll be at your location in about 40 minutes."

2.Sample messages/calls depending on appointment type:

🔸For Random Technician Appointments:

"Hello sir/ma’am! I’m contacting you to confirm the massage appointment you booked with CD Massage and to inform you of my estimated arrival time.

I’ll be there in about 40 minutes.
Please keep your phone nearby; I’ll call you when I arrive."

🔸For Selected Technician Appointments:

"Hello sir/ma’am! I’m technician number [xxx], contacting you to confirm the massage appointment you booked with CD Massage and to inform you of my estimated arrival time.

I’ll be there in about 40 minutes. Please keep your phone nearby; I’ll call you when I arrive."

📌 Note:

  • The technician ID is provided by CD.

  • You don’t need to mention the ID in random technician appointments.

✅STEP 3: INFORM CD MASSAGE THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS CONFIRMED

Once you’ve confirmed the customer’s address and appointment time, immediately inform the coordinator via Zalo that the appointment is confirmed.

✅STEP 4: MEET THE CUSTOMER – CONFIRM MASSAGE DURATION

Before starting the session, always confirm the massage duration to avoid confusion and ensure the correct service.

🔸If the customer has already selected a time:

"Just to confirm, you’ve chosen the 90-minute massage package, correct?"

🔸If the customer hasn’t chosen a time yet:

"How long would you like the massage to be? We offer 60 – 75 – 90 – 120-minute packages."

📌 Note:
If the customer changes the massage duration from the original booking, inform the coordinator immediately to update the schedule and manage subsequent bookings properly.

✅STEP 5: REPORT COMPLETION

After completing the massage session, message CD Massage on Zalo:

"Completed – Address: ___ – Duration: ___ minutes"

This helps CD Massage track progress and schedule future appointments accordingly.

🔹CD Massage only uses the official ZALO account to send shift information

  • Never accept shifts from unfamiliar numbers, spam SIMs, or anyone claiming to be a coordinator.

  • Do not text or work with customers privately unless officially assigned through the CD Massage system.

  • There will never be any requests for inappropriate services. If you receive such a request, refuse it and report to CD immediately.
