🔶AT-HOME MASSAGE PROCEDURE – CD MASSAGE
✅Beginning the Session
Before starting the treatment, the technician must confirm the selected service package to ensure it matches the client’s request:
📌 “Excuse me, could you please confirm that you’ve booked the 90-minute massage package, right?”
🧘♀️CD MASSAGE STANDARD PROCEDURE
Applicable to all packages from 60 to 120 minutes (Note: CD Massage does not currently offer hot stone massage, so all packages follow the steps below):
🔹Step 1: Head Massage
Make sure your hands are clean and free of oil before touching the head area.
Focus areas: head, neck, shoulders, and nape.
Use gentle, consistent movements to help the client relax mentally and release tension.
🔹Step 2: Arm Massage
Relax the neck – shoulders – arms using precise kneading, stroking, and acupressure techniques.
🔹Step 3: Leg Massage
Ask the client to lie on their back.
Massage the entire leg area: thighs, calves, feet – combining acupressure, bending, stroking, and proper massage techniques.
🔹Step 4: Back Massage
Ask the client to lie face down.
Focus on massaging the back – shoulders – neck – lower back – spine. This helps relieve muscle tension, reduce pain and fatigue, and release built-up stress.
🔹Step 5: Seated Shoulder Press & Back Adjustment
End the session with gentle shoulder pressing and a light back stretch to help restore balance in the body.

Always follow the procedure completely and in the correct order.
Listen to the client’s needs to personalize their massage experience:
“May I ask if you're feeling any particular pain or tension anywhere?”
“Is the pressure okay for you? Please feel free to let me know if you'd like it stronger or softer!”Maintain a quiet environment:
Avoid unnecessary talking so the client can fully relax. If they wish to converse, be friendly and respectful.“The Customer is Always Right” Policy:
In any situation, technicians must never argue. Politely respond and explain gently if needed. The client’s comfort and experience always come first.
