To ensure transparency, safety, and professionalism in our collaboration process, CD Massage requires all applicants to provide complete personal information before being officially scheduled for work.

1. BASIC INFORMATION TO SEND (via Zalo: +84 913 035 525)

After adding CD Massage on Zalo, please send the following:

• 📄Clear photo of both sides of your ID card/citizen ID (mandatory – clear, unobstructed images)
• 📸Clear portrait photo
  (You may send multiple photos – well-presented, high-quality photos help create a good impression, as clients can choose their preferred technician. However, skills and professionalism remain the top priorities.)
• 📍Your current location
• 📌Preferred areas for receiving work appointments
• 🕐Your preferred working hours
  • Full-time: From 8:00 AM to 3–4:00 AM
    (No new bookings after 1:00 AM)
  • Fixed part-time hours
    (example): 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM | 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM, etc.

2. OFFICIAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

Once you're ready to work and wish to become an official collaborator, please prepare the following:

• 📧Personal email (for work profile creation, receiving schedules and system updates)
• ☎️Main contact phone number
• 🎓Massage certificate or diploma (if unavailable, you may enroll for training/certification later)
• 🧍‍♀️ID photo (clear quality – can be self-taken or studio)
• 🪪High-quality copy of ID card/citizen ID
• 💳Bank account or Momo e-wallet (for payment and transaction purposes)
